If you’re looking for a traditional fireworks celebration with more than just a few minutes of colourful explosions, Ringwood has an entire afternoon and evening planned.
Ringwood Grand Fireworks 2026 takes place on Sunday 1 November at Carvers Recreation Ground in Hampshire, featuring two fireworks displays, a bonfire, fairground rides, live music and family entertainment.
Organised by Ringwood Town Council, this is the town’s 11th annual Grand Fireworks event.

What to Expect at Ringwood Grand Fireworks 2026
Gates open at 3pm, with fairground attractions, children’s entertainment, food and drink available throughout the afternoon.
At 4.45pm, there’s a Guy Fawkes judging competition, followed by fire performances.
The first fireworks display begins at 5.30pm and is designed to produce fewer loud bangs, making it an option for visitors who would prefer a gentler experience.
From 6pm, the Swing Unlimited Big Band provides live music. The traditional bonfire is expected to be lit around 6.15pm.
The main fireworks display begins at 7pm, with the event finishing at 8pm.
It’s a full programme rather than a simple arrive-watch-leave fireworks show.

There is no event parking at Carvers Recreation Ground. Ringwood Town Council recommends walking if possible or using the town-centre car parks.
Two options are:
- Furlong car park, BH24 1AT — a large town-centre car park with charges.
- Blynkbonnie car park, BH24 1DN — another central paid parking option.
Both are a short walk from the recreation ground, although they may become busy.
Pets, except guide dogs, are not permitted at the event. Visitors are also asked not to bring sparklers, fireworks or alcohol.
